We recently saw an article on a news website referencing the new borehole at Newcastle United’s training ground, the article can be found here (although there are a few inaccuracies in the report we’d add!).

We can confirm (we suddenly sound like a football club talking about their new signing!) that this is one of our boreholes. For Newcastle United to provide a press release about it they must be very happy with it! So are we.

It is very evident that the new borehole is saving them a considerable amount of money – that’s more money for new players we guess then!

We hope that the borehole water supply keeps their training pitches well irrigated for the upcoming season and that they can convert that into positive results – ‘Howay The Lads’.
