As an approved DAB e.syline partner Dales Water have used of DAB e.syboxes in a number of installations thanks to their reliability, space saving design and overall efficiency. With more and more e.syboxes out there in the field that require servicing, maintaining and repairing we are pleased to unveil our new DAB E.sybox Expert – John Waterfield.

Esybox John

John has been with Dales Water since 2007 and his work to date has covered the entire spectrum of the company – from service & maintenance to occasionally helping the drilling team on larger jobs. John has experience working on a range of Dales Water pumping systems and he is now in charge of all our e.sybox installations throughout the UK.

John received advanced hands on training at our head office in Melmerby by a DAB Engineer on the correct processes for installing, servicing and repairing DAB e.syboxes. John is also responsible for all system upgrades using the DAB e.sylink. This allows us to update the firmware on all our e.syboxes to the latest versions – fixing bugs, increasing efficiency and adding new features where required.

With the DAB specific training coupled with his knowledge of a wide range of different pumping systems John is the go to guy for advice on all things e.sybox hence why we’ve nicknamed him E.sybox John!
