My family run an extremely busy pub/hotel/restaurant business in a very remote location at the highest point of the North York Moors (1,325 feet above sea level). A substantial, clean & reliable supply of water is paramount to our business, but the water in our locality is very problematic due to its acidity and high mineral content.

We have used the services of Dales Water for well over 20 years, initially to treat our supply of surface spring water and more recently to drill a 280 metre deep borehole and install and service all the associated treatment equipment.

We have always found them to be extremely reliable and we have been very impressed with their ability to overcome numerous complicated problems. But probably more important, they are really nice people to deal with… I can’t recommend their services highly enough!
