The BBC is reporting that a new report from 16 leading environmental organisations blames the government for the UK’s Water Resources being left  at the mercy of the weather and that another series of dry winters would put Britain back on drought alert.

You can see the article on the BBC’s website, the answer to us is obvious; the simplest way to ensure that drought doesn’t affect the UK’s, and any individuals water supply is to drill more boreholes for use as water supplies.

Borehole water supplies are reliable even in drought conditions as they tap water that has built up over years, and in some cases several hundred years, meaning that they can accommodate drought conditions and maintain water supplies until weather patterns change and prolonged precipitation occurs.
